Refund Policy
1. Service Satisfaction & Warranty
At Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, we stand behind our workmanship. Because auto glass is a service-based industry, we typically do not offer traditional "refunds" once the glass has been installed.

Workmanship Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the installation, we will inspect and rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.

Defective Materials: If the glass part itself is found to be defective (e.g., stress cracks or distortion) within 30 days of installation, we will replace it free of charge.

Repair-to-Replacement Credit: If a chip repair fails or you are unsatisfied with the visual result, we will credit the full cost of the repair toward a total windshield replacement performed by us.
2. Appointment Cancellations

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any time with no penalty.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your service after a technician has been dispatched or specialized glass has been ordered, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and labor costs.
3. Credit Card Refunds
For customers paying via credit card:

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Original Payment Method: All refunds will be issued directly back to the original credit card used for the purchase. We do not offer cash or check refunds for credit card transactions to prevent fraud.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that if a refund is granted, any non-refundable credit card processing fees from the initial transaction may be deducted from the total.
4. Insurance Claims
If your service was paid for through an insurance claim, any applicable refunds or credits will be issued directly to the insurance provider, not the policyholder.
