Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, LLC. warranties your windshield against air and water leaks or any or all work performed on your vehicle so long as your vehicle shall remain under the present ownership.  Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, LLC. must be contacted concerning any and all warranties associated with your vehicles windshield replacement or any and all work performed immediately. Failure to notify Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, LLC. concerning a warranty associated with your vehicle will result in your warranty being void. This limited lifetime warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse. All invoices must be signed before services rendered by Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, LLC. can be warranted.

Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, LLC. operates under strict guidelines for the installation of your vehicle auto glass. We endorse the Federal Motor Safety Standard for removal and installation of all your vehicles auto glass and we are in compliance with (AGSC) Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard giving you the peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is safe and secure. For more information on this organization, please visit www.agsc.com The auto glass installed into your vehicle was installed by a certified technician who has been trained to work on the safe removal and reinstallation of your auto glass.

  Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, LLC. replaces your old auto glass with new OEM (original equipment manufactured) Glass. Original Equipment Manufacturer parts, means your vehicle’s windshield or other auto glass is produced from original equipment-style tooling and meets the manufacturer specifications for safety and quality to protect you in case of an accident. We use DuPont Products automotive adhesives.

  Safe Drive Away Time for this adhesive is 3 hours when used on vehicles with a passenger side airbag. Please refer to (www.pilkington.com) for more information on industry products that are used by

Post Job Completion Instructions

In the completion of your windshield installation please keep the following in mind...

​

1. We ask that you do not use any automatic car washes for the first 24 hrs as the high pressure can compromise the integrity of the installation.

2. You may experience an odor related to the adhesive used to seal your glass. If this occurs keep your windows open slightly to allow ventilation while vehicle is in use.

3. Your windshield may have been secured and positioned by retention tape and should remain in place until the safe drive time is reached as instructed by the installer.

   We ask that you keep this document for your records should you have questions or problems with any work performed on your vehicle. In certain situations you may have to provide Mrs. Jones Auto Glass, LLC this document for proof of any claim against us.
